These terms cover use of BirrCheck (ብር ማጣሪያ) pages only: the English pages and the Amharic pages of this site. They are not betting-operator terms. They are not Ethiopian Lottery Service rules. They are not Telebirr rules, CBE rules, or M-Pesa rules.
By reading or linking through this site you accept the limits below. If you do not accept them, close the tab. There is no BirrCheck account to delete because there is no BirrCheck account.
What you are using
BirrCheck is a guide. After ELS revoked all sports-betting licences on 15 December 2025 (Tahsass 06, 2018 E.C.), we publish a short cashier list, payment notes, and the licence facts. Who we are is on About BirrCheck. The licence wipe is on the ELS ban page.
Nothing on this domain is an offer to take a bet. Nothing on this domain is a promise that a named cashier will still print Telebirr tomorrow. Nothing on this domain is a promise that Ethio Telecom, a bank, or a payment-system operator will let a betting merchant through.
Informational use, not advice
Pages are information. They are not legal advice, tax advice, or financial advice. They are not a recommendation to gamble. They are not a recommendation to send ETB to an offshore cashier after the ELS wipe.
If you treat a table cell as a contract, you have misread the site. Operator cashiers change. Public guides change. A cashier check ages. If Megapari edits an Ethiopia deposit guide, or Telebet edits a page, our table can lag until we verify again. Check the cashier in front of you. The list is a snapshot with a date, not a standing guarantee.
Age

Cashier buttons on this site are partner links. If you register through them, we may earn a commission. The button leaves this site. After you leave, the operator’s own terms, cashier, identity checks, and payment rules apply. We do not set those rules and we cannot rewrite them.
Using a button does not make BirrCheck a bookmaker, an ELS agent, or a payment intermediary. Money you send after you leave is money you send to the operator, not to this publisher. 18+.
No deposits, no accounts, no KYC desk on this domain
We do not process deposits. We do not hold betting balances. We do not store cashier passwords. We do not run a BirrCheck login. We do not host identity-document uploads. If an operator asks for KYC, that request lives on the operator’s site. Do not paste a Telebirr PIN, a bank password, or a scanned ID into any form that claims to be “BirrCheck support” unless you can see that form on this domain and this terms page says we run forms. We do not run those forms.
The Telebirr floor calculator, where it exists on this site, only checks whether a number clears a printed floor. It does not move money. It does not talk to Telebirr. It does not open a cashier.
No payment warranty after 15 December 2025
ELS told betting houses to stop new wagers. It told money-deposit gateways to cease. It told banks, payment-instrument issuers, and payment-system operators to block or suspend financial movement for betting organisations. The notice text is public. A wallet tile that still appears on an offshore cashier does not cancel that notice.
If Telebirr, CBE Birr, M-Pesa, or a bank blocks a betting merchant, that block is a stop. These terms forbid us, and they forbid you from treating this site as a bypass manual. We will not describe agent numbers, split payments, third-party wallets, or “try this bank instead” as a workaround. If a payment fails, stop. Read how to bet in Ethiopia only as far as that stop.
Minimums on this site are a snapshot with a date. Glory 100 ETB is from the cashier we checked. Megapari wallets sit near 200, CBE bank near 500. Other brand mins follow the 26 Aug 2026 check. Telebet’s public page still does not print a minimum; that cell stays blank. Check the cashier in front of you. The list is not a standing guarantee.
Licence language you may not borrow from this site
You may not quote this site to claim that an offshore cashier is an ELS-licensed sportsbook. You may not quote an old NLA footer number as live ELS paper. You may not quote Curacao copy as an Ethiopian licence. You may not quote lottery Telebirr as a sportsbook replacement. If you republish our list, keep the caveats: no public cashier means no public cashier; a dated cashier check means a dated cashier check; public guide means public guide.
The Amharic terms are የአጠቃቀም ውሎች. Same site, same limits.
Acceptable use of the pages
- Read, compare, and leave. That is the intended use.
- Do not copy this list into a forty-logo dump that paints Telebirr on empty rows.
- Do not frame these pages as a live ELS licence list.
- Do not use automated tools to hammer the host.
- Do not impersonate BirrCheck in messages that ask for PINs or ID photos.
We may change, correct, or take down pages when a cashier changes or when a fact fails verification. We may change these terms. The date at the top is the date of this version. There is no registered-office block on this site, so we do not guess a court address to look like a bank contract. These terms describe the site you are reading.
Losses and limits of the publisher
You can lose money you send to an operator. Stakes can go to zero. Withdrawals can fail. Wallets can reverse or refuse. We are not liable for operator decisions, blocked payments, delayed pages, or your decision to gamble after reading a guide. Privacy facts sit on Privacy.
